ORDER PROCESSING
How long does it take to process my order?
We typically ship out your item within 5-7 days. Sometimes even faster! YAY! During the busy holiday season (typically late November through December) turnaround time can take up to 2 weeks. Please get your orders in early for holidays. We will always tell you the cut off date for guaranteed delivery for big holidays on the home page.
Why does processing take so long during holidays?
We personally inspect and package each item right here in our Minneapolis warehouse. Each order/item is carefully looked over for perfection. We do our best to get these out to you as fast as possible.
Yes, there are faster companies out there who can ship very quickly, but we're a small team who prides ourselves on providing quality products packed and made with love.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $49.99!
How long does shipping take?
Transit time will depend on your chosen shipping method.
- Orders over $49.99 - Shipping is free and typically takes 3-5 days to arrive anywhere in the continental U.S.
- Some products take longer - 10-14 days (please message us if you have questions about your shipping time)
Can you track my order?
Of course! All orders have a tracking number sent directly to you, but if you find yourself not able to see the tracking, we'd be happy to help.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Returns
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges BUT if there is a flaw or malfunction in your purchase we'll gladly take care of you. Just let us know at renae@blveolive.com.
Quality
We sew, embroider, print, and hand package most items to make sure you get the best from us. Some of our products are printed and shipped through our printing partners. We strive to choose partners that offer the best quality to our standards so that you're happy with your product!
Do you offer customization?
Not yet. Available soon! That will be a super fun feature once available. Imagine the possibilities!
Can I get an update on my order?
You'll get an update emailed to you once it's been printed. Then you'll get another one once it's been shipped out. It will even have tracking on it! YAY!
What are the washing instructions for the hair towels?
Wash as normal on cold. We always suggest hang-drying your items. Hot tip: order 2 so you can rotate between them. Plus it's way more fun having options!
Will this be guaranteed by Christmas?
We guarantee that orders will ship before Christmas. Once it's in the handling of our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee exact arrival.
